Every difference, line by line.
Most procurement reviews live in this table. Plans differ by monthly budget and management fee — they aren't an upsell ladder. Trainings consume subscription budget; the Capability Gap Assessment is priced separately.
Reference hours are a pricing anchor, not guaranteed hours. Program-Leader hours, published base rates, and training hours are provisional† and subject to change.
A monthly budget, with 100% dollar rollover for up to 90 days.
Each plan allocates a monthly capability budget at the start of the cycle. Bookings debit it by all-in rate × duration. Software-quality demand is project-driven, so unused dollars roll over — 100% of them, for up to 90 days, then expire. You can't draw from future months' budget.
- ›Budget, not consumed. You're paying for a monthly capability budget within a defined scope, not a fixed hour count.
- ›100% dollar rollover. Unused budget dollars move into the next cycle, for up to 90 days. Use it or lose it after that.
- ›Approve extra capacity anytime. If a piece of work would go beyond your remaining budget, you see the cost up front and choose whether to approve it — nothing is spent without your say-so.
- ›No surprises. You get a heads-up as your budget fills up and before any extra capacity is approved — no dollars are spent silently.
- ›Program-Leader hours. Each plan includes Program-Leader hours (0 / 1 / 4 per month); time beyond the allotment bills at the PL rate ($175/hr).
- ›Bilateral SLA. If IMSQ can't fulfil capacity due to qualified Expert availability, budget is remediated via your elected $-denominated path.
Published base rates. No hidden margin.
Every Expert has a published base rate, negotiated per consultant in $10 increments. Your customer all-in rate is the base plus our plan management fee, shown before every booking — there is no blended band and no specialist pre-authorization. Categories below show the per-category base minimums.
On Operational (monthly management fee 25%), a $130/hr Cybersecurity Expert† books at an all-in customer rate of $162.50/hr — that is base × (1 + management fee), shown before you book.
There are no specialist surcharges and no pre-authorization. If a piece of work would take you beyond your remaining budget, you see the consultant, the all-in rate, and the additional amount before anything is booked — and your team decides whether to go ahead. Any approved extra capacity uses the same Expert base rate plus your current plan's management fee.
Onboarding and trainings
The Capability Gap Assessment is non-refundable, valid 180 days, and separate from your subscription budget — it's part of onboarding when your compliance level is unknown. CGA price is provisional† and subject to change.
Trainings consume your budget.
Trainings are not separate products. Each consumes subscription budget: debit = training hours × delivering Expert all-in rate. The current catalog is 8 trainings × 4h each† (prep 1 / delivery 2 / follow-up 1).
Questions that come up in every procurement review.
These are also addressed on the call. If yours isn't here, ask at the programme review.
Every Expert has a published base rate; your all-in rate is base + our management fee, shown before you book. No blended band, no hidden margin. Hidden rates invite procurement suspicion — the model is designed to survive scrutiny.
